- CMHC FCHI-2 Reference Guide - Outlines all program guidelines, we recommend reading at least annually when completing income verifications to ensure you are applying the most up to date program rules.
- Request for Rental Assistance Annual Household Declaration - For households applying to RAP for the first time, annually during income verification and when there are household changes i.e. composition, income etc.
- Excel Calculation Worksheet - Only use these sheets if you do not have calculator access.
