The Agency respects individual privacy. Doing so is a co-op housing tradition and also a requirement of the Personal Information Protection and Electronics Documents Act. We recognize that you have an interest in how we may collect, use and share information about you.

The Agency collects personal information about individuals only for specific reasons and with their permission, which they may withdraw at any time. We keep this information secure and use it only for the purpose we gathered it for. At any time, on request, you may see whatever personal data you have given us and ask for a correction or deletion. We regularly review how long we keep information and our reasons for collecting it. We invite you to read the Privacy Policy that the Agency has adopted.
